Shipping & Returns
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed, and I do mean "most". Because Wits' End is STILL a one-person shop it means many items need to have final assembly and packaging done when the order is placed. This takes time.
All orders are shipped direct from Wits' End and may be delayed by inventory irregularities.
Custom products or specialty items that are made to order will require additional lead time for delivery depending on the whim of Wits' End.
"3-Day", "2-Day" and "Next Day" shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at Wits' End. Think "one-man shop". If something is urgent please call to arrange.
Please verify your shipping address and your ZIP CODE before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states.
In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes. To date we have never contacted a customer for additional shipping charges but HAVE made numerous shipping refunds.
For most orders, we ship using UPS and USPS Ground Service for domestic and international shipments.
Wits' End guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 90 days from date of receipt. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We do want to see you taken care of.
Wits' End gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.
Currently there is no restocking fee, this can change. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being denied.
Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid. All refunds on returns will commonly take days if not a full week to process as the priority is to get new orders out first. Refunds are secondary to getting primary orders out. Apologies in advance but time is scarce.
Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to lighters and electrical items.

We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
Product Pricing Policy
While Wits' End does our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. But we are trying.
Additionally, barring any pricing inaccuracies, items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as is also displayed on the item's product detail page.
