Product Description
If you own any Toyota long enough you will eventually need to either modify or repair an electrical connector. This can be daunting because it seems everyone is already having a hard enough time building up the courage to even commit to "cutting the wire" much less taking apart a factory connector. Once you understand how most of Toyota's double-locking connectors work, having the right Pin Removal Tool is the only thing keeping you from frustration or completion of the task.
Toyota connectors typically use a type of pin terminal that requires a skinny tool that is 1mm x .06mm and that is where the Prison Shank comes in. The name comes from what the tool looks like. But its function is to carefully and easily remove the wired pin terminal from the connector housing.
Although there are a few similar tools out there, they tend to be plasticy cheap. Which is fine, I suppose. But that's not how I like my tools so the handle was milled using 6000Series aluminum and O-rings added for additional grip when needed. This is the same as the Prison Shank (PST-1) but without the anodize and without the laser engraving.

perfect
This tool works great. I might have tried 3d printing one if I hadn't found it. Until I bought this I was grinding extra connectors for spare contacts.
