80 Series 1FZ Rear Heater Delete Hose

This kit contains the OEM formed hose needed when you are deleting your REAR heater core or at least bypassing it. This is a formed version of the typical 5/8" heater hose method.

Originally this is designed for non-EGR 1FZ non-US trucks and needs to come directly from Japan as a special order but enough is purchased to keep these in stock. This goes from the heater control valve to the front heater core and cuts out the little brass Y-pipe that would typically feed the rear heater core and the 1/2" heater noses.

The 1ft of heater hose goes from the firewall tube to the long heater pipe that runs along the cylinder head. Included are two sections of iso-butyl rubber that are used to cover the heater core hole IF chosen to remove (not required).

NOTE: Some trimming may be necessary to get it to clear the EGR.
